☾ Thank you so much for your order, as a small business each item is carefully made to order, therefore returns are not accepted.

Shipping

☾ All non embroidery items are shipped out within 1-3 business days.

☾ If your order contains a hand-embroidered item, your order will be shipped out between 3-5 business days.

☾ Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

☾ Lunabela is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be applied on international orders.

☾ We will not provide refunds for shipping address input errors provided by the customer or shipping delays caused by couriers.

☾ Please ensure you have a safe, secure space for your packages to be dropped off.

 

Pick Up Orders

☾ Lower Mainland, British Columbia customers have the option to pick up orders for free in Coquitlam. The exact address will be provided in the email you will receive once your order is ready for pick up.

 

Care

☾ For both prints, wash cold and hang to dry. For knits, hand wash to preserve the thread placement and lay flat to dry

* knits can be machine washed cold on delicate however we highly suggest placing the knit inside out in a mesh laundry bag

☾ For glass cups, hand wash and towel dry
